Remaking

So I hopped onto league with a friend to play some duo rank but my microphone wasn't functioning properly so I didn't use leaugevoice anyhow I was watching a youtube video on my phone and I happened to notice that the game was taking very long. I also noticed the spinning icon in the bottom right hand side also stopped, so I Tabbed out and exited the game. I reconnected as fast as I could thinking the game just started when I finally do connect Its 5 minutes into the game, my heimerdinger top lane has 50 cs and is level 4 while Im level 1. My friend said they didn't get the option to remake WTF RIOT, I then had to continue to get absolutely analed by a heimerdinger 1 trick and proceed to feed my ass off. Fix your remaking system please if someone doesn't connect at 1:30 when minions spawn especially in rank force remake the match or make some sort of system where players can queue up to fill the spots and connect to the game. Or if you do make me connect to the game 5 minutes late atleast make me the same level as my laner so I could have a chance OR YOU COULD JUST FIX YOUR REMAKE
