So... Many... BUGS..

Is anyone noticing this?? Like can we start to talk about this so riot wakes up and fixes it like here's whats not working so atm:

Phase rush, electrocute, manaflow, and Aery are not working completely Annie could spam stun Morde can't use his Q in his ult and renek cant use anything in it Death recap isnt working Pyke's R can kill his own teammates Sivir's W doesn't bounce every time Galio's E goes through people
