Jarvan got stuck in a destroyed tower

Champion was running away from a team fight when he walked over a destroyed tower. upon stepping on the tower the champion became stuck and was not able to escape the enemy team. causing an unfair death.

The tower that caused this issue was the bottom map tier 2 mid tower.
