Rank selecting problem

Here is the problem, sometime i got into the rank game but i cant selecting which camp i want to ban , simply i was laggy, at the end of time, Game kick me out the selecting and giving me punishment 30 min ban and 10 rank pt losing

hoping the game can fixing the problem that who have the same problem won't losing the point because the laggy selecting
