Basically, on a practice tool mf's ult can bug out causing multiple of them to show. Step 1: Cast miss fortune ult Step 2: Quickly stop the ultimate, then recast it. Step 3: Lots of particles.

yea i noticed that a bit ago as well. though using practice tool does have wierd effects
This as been known for a long time. Ever since PT came out on the PBE in fact.
It's a "bug" but there is no intention of fixing it since it will never affect live gameplay.
Many channeled abilities result in the effect described above, so if you hover the "refresh cooldowns" button it notes something like that may happen.
For future reference, make sure you can also replicate the bug without cd refresh before reporting it.
