Champ select bug

Game is freezing in champ select, counter gets to 0 and I can't do anything. Before you say it's an internet issue, the chat remains fine and I can keep talking to others in my team. I'm also on discord and other games at the time with no issue. I've tried having only league opened, but this doesn't seem to change anything.

Some nights I'll go without any issues, but others like tonight, I get a game in, and then "dodge" the next 3 champ selects even with computer resets/router resets. Last time I posted about it, someone said it was my internet, and I didn't bother pursuing it as it disappeared for about 2 weeks.

I'm so sick of losing LP and promos, and 30minute queue timers for something that is outside of my control. In the many posts I've found on google about the same issue, I haven't seen a single Riot reply or even acknowledgement that it exists.
