game load in disconnection

LOL for some reason like crashes in the game load in screen. I can pick a champion fine and everything else is good, but after about 30 seconds on the load in screen showing all the players, it freezes. nothing happens and I have to hit escape to get out. on the client tab it shows a reconnect button and so I reconnect every time. it takes a while to reconnect, and for about 2 minutes after I get into the game I am just sitting in the base not able to move because its still trying to reconnect. after that the game runs perfectly and I can play normally and well. my internet is good and my computer is new. it happens very consistently: every game. also when I open a support page my browser says it cant connect. the game crashes my computers wifi when I load in. when I open task manager it shows my network just stops working, but only when I load in. can anyone help? its really annoying when I have to start 4 minutes into the game and 4 levels down from everyone.
