Patch 5.14 is not working

Ok so i got a patch yesterday which updated fine , then i got another one today that has been updating for the past 5 hours and before you ask yes i have repaired logs and i even went as far as to re-install LOL and i'm still not getting anywhere with this update it is seriously making me mad and if anyone has any advice on what i should do, it would be appreciated.
