all the models freezing and everything stopping

Started today, every game I've been in around 10 minutes through the HP bars disappear from everything, particle effects stop, new minions won't spawn and dead ones stay moving and attacking, I'm not sure what kind of bug this is but its consistent and I've had to DC then reconnect several times because of this, I fear it will result in a leaver buster which will be complete bullshit. Fix this issue I dont know what's wrong its not lsg because I check the internet is good and it is, I can move, I can't see my attacks of cooldowns or anything. Everything but the champions stops moving.
