[Gameplay] Bug on Leona's Q while blinded

I played Leona against Quinn. Right after Quinn blind me I used my Q to hit her and stun her with no damage. However, my Q was not consumed and in a couple seconds after I am not blinded anymore, I hit her again, stuned her with extra damage. Not sure if that's what should happen. Thought Leona can only stun once with Q. Can we fix it?
