Hextech Crafting BUG

I was about to open a chest but then it didn't even show what I got i tried to wait for it but it didn't do anything so I tried to restart the client. Once I did, I looked at my Hextech Crafting inventory and didn't find anything new, and left with no chest and no key. I demand another chest and key.
