I'm Trying to buy the new Yorick skin Call Meowrick but the Unlock Rectangle does not appear for All of the new Skins from 9.6. I Lauch the Hextech Repair tool But still not working. I Might need help on this one. TY
The new skins have not been released yet. They will probably be released when the VS Event starts later this patch. Riot generally displays content so that people browsing can be reminded of stuff to come soon.
Those skins have not been released yet. They are in the patch but they are not available till the event starts, which we don't have an exact date on. It will be soon.
