Flash Bug [GAMEPLAY]

Hey, I have recently found a bug that makes it to where if you flash, and there is a minion underneath or directly in front of your player model, the flash will not allow you to go through it...

I do not know if this has been patched or not please contact when new info available.

(unfortunately the clip I had to show has been deleted due to my editing system, if the bug happens again I will attach it as a link.)
