Lock In Issue

I'm just going to post this here even though I don't mind the 30 minute wait time, as unfair as it is. I got several missed bans cause I didn't realize at first that they changed it so the last three people ban now. But this is the real issue. I picked my champion and pressed lock in and it kept reappearing and I was smashing it but it didn't go through and booted me, resulting in a half hour block from ranked. I don't know if this can be recreated but I hope that'll be smoothed out over time.
