lag spikes?

Since the "long queue wait" Sunday night (PST) i've been experiencing debilitating lag spikes. I've never had any issues with my wifi or my laptop. I just played 3 aram games straight just fine but playing in the new Summoners Rift i was getting a ping anywhere from 80 - 3000. I normally sit at 60. I'm asking if anyone else is having the same issues and if so, what has worked for you if you've been able to fix it? I have restarted the wifi and my laptop with no avail. wifi on the other devices seems to be working fine but it's not gaming.

nothing to do to fix it sadly. its been a recurring problem for many people since the tuesday patch last week, you'll have to wait for riot to patch it out themselves.
