Game Play Bug 6.3 Involving Trundle (Disadvantage)

When i trundle jungle i build merc devouerer and titanic hydra. when i use the titanic hydra and attack, the attack after i hit the target is really slow. I tried it many times and it really is slowing my attack speed after i use the titanic hydra.
