Cho'gath bug

past 2 or 3 days every game of League I've played cho'gath has been pick every single time and wondering if he was just strong for this meta well it is true this meta makes him op. But also something else came 2 my attention that made him ridiculously op, his e ability that silences and has a good range had not 1 but 2 that seem like bugs in the ability that give a huge unfair advantage which almost makes cho'gath pretty much single handedly carry almost every game he plays. When he activates his e his silence last twice as long as it should my spell icons shows when i'm silenced from the ability and when it wears off but when it shows the silence wears off i'm still silenced for another 2 sec or so, also the range on his e goes farther then the actual visual for the ability shows.
