Very serious Boards bug

Heres the story. 11 days ago I posted a Thread called "Best Jgs for SQ". I posted it in the Skins and Champion concepts, only becasue when selecting a board, I thought it said just "Skins and Champions". I got 2 messages shortly after from riot, One saying that I have a warning for puting it in the wrong board. Ok, my bad, I see what i did. The next one came saying that I was permanently banned from the boards (even though im on it now) and its because I posted a link in my discussion.

And here is what I initially posted:

I love Vi. Shes got everything you'd need to get a lead, carry, and close out the game. Ive got to silver 4 all the way from bronze just by spamming this champion! But, the problem is that often times Vi gets banned, and I am left with picking a uncomfortable champ or going an uncomfortable role. So, when this happens, I need a backup. Any suggestions?

As you can see, I didnt post any links, and still i recived 2 messages from riot saying that they will ban me. Im sure this is a bug of somesort, so im asking if you could fix it for future.
