Bug in nexus blitz with scuttle crap race

Yep, just had this happen myself. I'm curious...

How often was the scuttle tossed in the air, grabbed by Pyke, or polymorphed by Lulu? And how many times did you kill it before it died permanently?

I'm asking 'cause my team was Singed, Urgot, Lux, Teemo, and Kai'Sa, and our Urgot, Lux, and Singed kept flipping/snaring the scuttle so around the 3rd or 4th time we bursted it, it just didn't revive, so I'm curious if there's a correlation between cc and/or how many times it gets bursted. Or maybe both.
