Barely any RP and IP

Hey, I created a PBE account about a week ago, its called "lee sin irl". For some reason I have very very little rp and ip. When i look at my brother's PBE account he has like 999999 of each. Some skins i cant test because they are only available with rp, and i dont have enough. I dont know if this is a bug or what but i was curious if i could receive more. Thanks!
