PBE account

I downloaded the PBE but when I try to connect it says: "Your login credentials don't match an account in our system". However, when I check my eligibility on the PBE site, it says that I already have a PBE account. Can someone help me I would really like to try out the PBE.

your pbe credentials arent the same as live, did you actually make the pbe account?
