I have been trying to play a game since Tuesday but when I try to get in a game the screen after champ select is black, and then a window pops up saying that I can't connect and to try to reconnect. Then it repeats when it won't work. Anyone having this Issue? Please Riot fix this problem!!
Having the same problem. Really making me mad, looked up countless tutorials, none of which worked. Rito please.
I had this exact problem before. I sent a support ticket and got back the usual things; repatch, other stuff like firewall etc. nothing fixed it. The next day i tried it and it just started working. You should both send in a ticket. When it happened to me i was playing a ranked, and counted as a leave. So be careful and make sure a bot game by yourself will load before trying a game with other players. i would system restore like 7 days, redownload last patch, and if that dont work then reinstall game. make sure your firewalls are completely disabled. If you can, try another computer and a different internet connection to narrow the problem down.
