Graphic/Visual bug on Howling abyss (aram)

Stumbled on this while looking at replays. Howling abyss map, both blue and red side's between; first and second tier turrets, coming out of the brush... is a giant chain- stretching from the brush and arcing upward toward the center of the bridge. Visible from some angles, not from others. I'll link a replay, but as it's through imgur it's size seems... less than optimal.
