Bug on Wu Kongs Decoy

There looks to be a bug on Wu Kong's Decoy, it will spawn with higher health then you have at the time. Also after taking damage, it will gain or loose Hp and then the hp bar will change to a different amount of bars showing higher health. I had Mobi Boots, Trailblazers Hatchet with Jugernaut, a black clever and 2 cloth armors. Nothing in runes or masteries that change per level except juggernaut. (21/9/0) It happened with the jungle buffs and without. Started at the beginning of the game all the way to the end. This happened since level 2 in the jungle before items except the machete.
