Cant duo queue placements

Cant duo queue with a friend, we used to only duo together, and we have similar MMR. now with new season we are both unranked and it says difference in the ranks is too vast, rito fix.

This is a known issue, and we are working towards getting this fixed for you all as soon as possible. I don't have an exact ETA for y'all, but be sure to keep an eye out for it. I know we are all anxious to get our ranked games with friends in with no hiccups, and I am sorry for any inconvenience this is causing.

i was Gold 4 and now it shows me as Unranked last season and can't duo with my last season plat friend?

Hi everyone,

As Couch Commando mentioned, Riot are aware of the issue. In the meantime, if you each play one game individually, you might be able to queue together after, given that the MMR differential is not too high.

I am also having this problem trying to duo with a friend who I normally duo with. Please fix this issue Rito. I don't understand how you can mess up your code enough that people literally can't duo when BOTH PEOPLE are UNRANKED. How can you say that they are too far apart in rank? Nothing makes sense and you need to fix this problem ASAP.
