Nautilus Hook

Played a game with multiple champions with dashes. Ex. Ahri, Ekko, and Lucian. Would hook when they would be about to dash and they would end up dashing and I wouldn't move from original spot. Don't know if this is how it's suppose to be or not, but it seemed a little off.
