Hi there, there is currently a bug with azir soldiers, they generate stacks of "fervor of battle" but also apply it's damage. I don't think this is intended, as the mastery states only basic attacks should apply the damage.
This is completely indented as he is still attacking but through his Soldiers.
Are you sure it was a bug? spells also proc but has a 2 sec cd.

Azir soldiers do not trigger on-hit effects, but do trigger spell effects.
This means azir does gain stacks through his soldier's autos, but they do not apply the bonus damage.
I too am not sure whether this is intended behaviour. Whilst it is true that Azir soldiers may interact with wards, they do not apply auto attack modifiers such as Nashor's tooth or Lichbane. The fact that they can stack fervor of battle quickly whilst simultaneously dealing its damage leads to a situation where the mastery eclipses other options by far.
