Can't edit item sets since updating to 5.4
Whenever I try to drag an item, from outside the set, nothing happens. When I try to drag an item from inside the set (to change its positioning) it just vanishes from the set.

Hmm. Restarted the client a couple times, created a new set, deleted it, and somewhere along the line, editing started working.
I'm having the same issue and have followed your steps to no avail. Any other ideas?
I tried replacing the file and it did not work for me even.
