[CLIENT] - New Client Hangs at Champ Select

In SR Normal Draft champ select, champ select 'hung', as and left summoner 4 on blue side banning in perpetuity. It hung for at least 2 minutes before I closed the client. Resulted in a 'dodge' and a 5 minute penalty. If those stack up...
