Constantly disconnected from game even though my wifi is fine.

I have been plagued throughout the day with constant disconnections while in the loading screen or in the middle of games. At first I believed that the issue was due to my internet, so I decided to restart my router and see if that did anything. Unfortunately after reseting my router for the 4th time I realized that my internet was not the problem, it was the game itself. And before anyone says that it isn't the games fault and that my internet is to blame, I ran an Internet Speed test while it said that I was disconnected from league and it shows that at the time of my disconnection I had 9 ping, 520 Mbps of download, and 44 Mbps of upload. There was no one else on the wifi and I had no other applications open when all of the disconnections took place. At this moment in time I have no idea what to do and the problem is getting progressively worse to the point where the game is completely unplayable. Any response on how to fix this issue would be extremely appreciated.

im having the same problem with the PBE. although a little different

while you can kinda play the game, when i try to play the game is 100% unplayable. When i get into the actual game. i disconnect and reconnect at a rapid rate. so fast that when i dc, i dont exit the game, and i reconnect just as fast. After i reconnect, i dc again. i cant move, buy items, or do anything. i can use emotes and type in chat, but thats it. No idea what to do. The live servers for me are fine.
