Control Button acts stuck in game

During League at random moments throughout the game, I experience this kind of glitch/bug that makes my in-game control button 'stuck'. This causes me to ping uncontrollably and and not be able to activate skill shots. This has happened many times over the week and in order to stop it, I have to reconnect to League.

I have checked sticky keys, uninstalled league (this has worked for the first game but the next game after it comes back) a few times and changed keyboards. i do not know what is affecting this and I need some help. If any of you have a solution please reply. Thank You.

I get it all the time, I find a way to make it less annoying, smart casting everything. You don't have to click to confirm the spot.
