Illaoi E bug
I was playing Illaoi and the spirits of enemy champions would disappear within 1 or 2 hits at about 2-3 seconds without them dieing or the enemy champion walking out of the range and they would suffer no ill effects.

Every time the target hurts you, the spirit loses one second of its duration. I would guess that they hurt you enough that it expired.
