Renekton W bug [GAMEPLAY...again...]

If you flash or dash away from Renekton's W it does no damage and goes on full cooldown while wasting renektons time casting it. This happened to me multiple times since patch release making Renekton unplayable for me. Renekton was finally fixed for a couple of patches and gets bugged again, hoping you'll be able to help me fix my favourite alligator crocodile lifeguard man. ~love, Reported
