Bugg when selecting champions in ranked, the game crashs and i loose the LP for leaving the room.

As i said in the tittle, when i enter to a champion selection room befor starting the ranked the lol window freeze in the part preselection of the champ ( befor the general ban) and then it leave the room. That causes me to loos LP and then i have to wait 10 min to find a new game.

This is realy exausting, i ask sincerly for help.
