Game Unable to Connect/Game has Crashed

Just yesterday I was having no issues playing under school wifi, certain things are blocked but league is not, and the game was loading fine after update. I was able to load champion select and get into a game but the loading screen went all black and I keep getting a pop up saying I can not connect to the server http://i.imgur.com/bD7UzZQ.png , I have full wifi and when I close out the LOL launcher says the game has crashed and that I should re-load. Anyone else having this issue or is just me? It has done it twice now, two games, I thought it was working but its not, just crashed again. http://i.imgur.com/Vozyui8.png Anyone know whats wrong with it?
