Chest Cooldown?

As far as I can tell it's been awhile since the Hexchest has launched. I've been getting key fragments and turning them into keys. The only thing is that I really don't have a chest cool down. Everyone says that you get one chest per week, but I haven't even gotten one chest, so am I doing this wrong or is this just my problem? I check my view/edit summoner profile, and there isn't even a countdown on the chest label. I even checked the loot/crafting tab to see that I have 0 chest.

You have not gotten a chest because you haven't preformed at an S level on a champion yet. In order to get an S you must take obkectives, do well in lane, and CS. Looking at your match history, your biggest weakness is farm. You are getting 80-100 farm in a 30 minute game. Try to reach for at least 250ish.
