Problems with shops and lootboxes

So I've had a problem since my first day in league. I never won any lootboxes on my own. Granted I'm not the best player in the world, but in those rare moments when I got a S rank I never once received a lootbox. And now I got my computer reset. Just reinstalled the clientystarted a game and the championship Ashe skin that i bought was gone any help??
