In game freezing [GAMEPLAY] [FREEZING]

i’ve been experiencing in game freezing recently. it’s incredibly frustrating and it seems i’m not the only one with this issue. every few games, my game will randomly freeze and the only way to fix it is to completely shut down my computer and reboot it, which is obviously frustrating because i get afk warnings, leaver buster, angry teammates, and i’m just not able to play the game properly.

i’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, i’ve tried the hextech repair tool, i’ve tried updating my drivers.. i don’t know how to fix this. i just want to play league normally without it freezing every few games. please help.
