can`t promote in a series [CLIENT]

I played a game in my series to promote to bronze 1, I won the first, lost the second, and won the third. when i checked what rank i was in, it still said i was in bronze 2 in my series promos with zero wins and zero losses. I restarted league twice and restarted my computer once. after that I played another ranked game, won and it counted it as my first win in the promos. I am hoping to get this bug fixed and for myself to be placed in bronze one with one win under my belt. thank you so much.
