Client Froze at picks and bans unable to reconnect.

Every one in picks and bans noticed the client freeze at picks and bans and we all lol'd and freaked out with the chat box still working. Restarted my client two times under threat of losing my series in ranked and I'm unable to reconnect. Anybody else have this happen?
