[CLIENT] Extremely long dominion and twisted treeline bot game queues?

As the title says. When queueing up for dominion beginner or intermed bots, the approx time for a match is 45min - 1hr.

On Twisted Treeline it's shorter, but still around 35 minutes.

sometimes it has a normal number for approx, but after 5 min in queue it still didn't pop. This doesn't appear to affect bot games on SR, those queues pop in under 10 seconds. I have tried relogging,

Previously, I would always be getting a match in under two minutes. There's no way that these modes got THAT unpopular overnight. What's going on?
