[GAMEPLAY] Fizz "Playful/Trickster" Disabled during battle

During a fight with Gnar he used a bunch of spells on me and my became disabled as if there were no points in it I was at level 18. It came back after I died 2 times and tried to use e in battle. It costed me the game but luckily it was a normal. Please look into this bug cheers.
