Draven Axes Bug

Hey guys, i have noticed that every single game i play as Draven there is a consistent bug happening where his spinning axes are not showing as spinning. Also, sometimes after casting your e or r and auto attacking makes your axes bug and either one or both disappear. Please can this be looked into :)
