Login Bug

So I just reinstalled League of Legends after having played the game less than 1 month ago and getting a leaverbuster due to some bugs such as blackscreen or unable to reconnect that made me go afk and eventually getting reports from other players. My internet conection is stable, I have checked for packet loss, ping, download/upload speed and I have done the hextech repair and followed the troubleshooting guide on the support page but nothing worked. I have also installed and desinstalled the program several times but nothing seems to change. When I click on the league of legends icon from my desktop or from the Riot Games folder leagueclient.exe the login screen opens up but I cannot click to write my username and password because a dark blue screen appears instead of the image. I hear the sound and I can even select what´s behind the screen by guessing where the icons are. It sometimes opens the classical poppy image and starts update but it gets stuck on 0% while not letting me sign in. I don´t really know what else to do to try and solve the problem but is really obnoxious losing time without finding a solution. Thank you
