My Profile at the friends panel Changed into the Mobile one without I ever logged in through mobile

I noticed that my profile icon , on friends panel changed to the version when u have logged in from a mobile device using the android app League Friends . The problem is that I DONT HAVE the app and I DIDNT logged in from a mobile , so i cant explain why my banner has now a mobile symbol showing when i was last on . How is this possible ,while i never logged from a mobile ..i have the mobile icon stuck on my profile banner in friends panel ?Is it a bug ? Is my account hacked ? anyone have seen something like this at their accounts ?
