Quinn Bug - Stuck as Valor

While playing Quinn I became stuck as Valor indefinitely until I had died. This happened after re-calling as Valor and then buying/selling/buying an item while also still playing as Valor, the duration on Skystrike had expired but Quinn did not return. While stuck as Valor I did not receive the passive attack/movespeed buff, but still retained all of Valor's skills. Attempting to use Tag Team/Skystrike again once it was off cooldown did not return Quinn, only dying and respawining fixed the problem.
