I've recently got in to my silver 2 promo series, and won a game. After that, I played one more ranked but I didnt rank up, and having checked the series it turns out that one of my ranked games didnt count, even though I had won it and should've been ranked up! http://prntscr.com/9owihe As you can see, Ive won 3 games and 1 loss. After my Gnar win, I got my promotion series, and then I won 2 in a row! Riot, please fix.

From B3 to B2
I just finished my silver 5 promos. I won the first game and lost the second one, won and lost again. I had to win my last game to get so silver 5. I just won with wukong and my whole promos got reseted. I have to Play my whole Promotion games again. One game during my Promotion games got remaked so no win no loose, thats what i am thinking. But does it actually Count as a loose or what, i mean its a Remake. Please help me if someone has any advice for me!! <33*[zombie-brand-mindblown]*
