NO WARD SKIN SELECTION IN CHAMP SELECT

The option to change ward skins has completely disappeared in champ select on my account. None of my friends seem to have the same problem. Like where it is supposed to have the ward selection box, it is just empty. Please fix Rito.

It's been happening to me for so long and I've tried repairing and reinstalling, no dice.
