Ranked winning streak calc alg wrong

Ranked winning streak is not displayed properly

Environment: North America Account credentials: watch my replay

Expected result: no winning streak icon in league if user doesnt have a >=3 winning streak Actual result: Displaying winning streak icon when user previously have a winning streak before the new draft system even though user lost the winning streak playing new draft ranked game.

Possible cause: the algorithm used to calculate winning streak is probably still checking a user's winning "Ranked_Game" instead of "New_Ranked_Game".

Suggest Fix: press R.
