No chest with S grade

I got an S for Jinx & Pantheon recently and didn't get a chest for both of them. I haven't get chests for them in this season. And it shows that 4 chest available for now. WTF man??? I am playing new champions for chests but you don't gimme one even when I am qualified. Check my history please.

I don't think it's a 100% drop rate. This isn't a glitch lol. If you were meant to get one you would've.
